  • What kind of support is offered throughout the 90 day program? We'll chat once a week for 30 minutes to touch base, make some tweaks to your program and for you to get questions answered. Throughout the week, I'm openly available for my clients via text and email. 

  • How soon after joining will I start my program? We can decide that together during your free discovery call. If available, some clients like to start right away. 

  • How do I get sign up and join my coaching call throughout the program? During the program, you'll receive links to my private calendar where you can schedule your weekly call at a time that works best for you. I'll call you promptly at the schedule time and calls will start and end as scheduled. 

  • How much time will I need to dedicate to the program each week? Our live meetings will run about 30 minutes, at a time thats convenient for you. Additionally, I'll be following up with you via email with tips, trainings and recipe that may take an extra 5-15 minutes from your day.
